Japanese with Sushi Bar.
When hurrying down Boyleston Street, one sees a myriad of options for fast food. If you’ve read Fast Food Nation, you know that most options are not good. But if you are short on time, what do you do?
Kaya is a Japanese restaurant with a very quick sushi bar. I stopped in there today, sat down at the bar and ordered a spicy tuna roll and a california roll. I was done, paid, and out the door in less than 20 minutes for under $15. Now that is fast food of a different sort.
