Who’s Huggin’s?
This letter is hilarious. I’m actually quite happy about this, in one regard, as it has a lot of entertainment value.
But I’m also disappointed. As I said before, these guys are more likely to refund your money than to actually justify the charge. This tells me that they are making money with this unfair policy, hoping that people don’t notice, and just refunding people when they complain. It’s the kind of thing that makes one think Corporate America is evil.

Mr Huggins??? Is that a form letter or what? I would fax that to the CEO and show him your continued poor quality received by their chain.
