Reasonable Intuition
As a reasoning man I never used to believe in intuition. I believed all action had to be based on a careful consideration of all known facts. Making a decision based on one’s “gut” seemed to be a foolish way to make one. However, earlier this year, I proved myself incorrect by following an intuition that I felt I could not deny.
I would feel much better if I understood how intuition works. Perhaps the subconscious mind can simply evaluate more information than the conscious. Until I figure it out, at least it helps to know that I am in good company:
“Intuition isn’t the enemy, but the ally, of reason”
~John Kord Lagemann
“All great men are gifted with intuition. They know without reasoning or analysis, what they need to know”
~Alexis Carrel
“Trust your hunches. They’re usually based on facts filed away just below the conscious level”
~Dr. Joyce Brothers

Ok. I think its impossible to know all the consequences of an act, then, we have to follow our intuitions, it works like a complement of our analysis. Of course, we can always be wrong: be welcome to real life.
For instance: we only know directly about physical reality, but that doesnt mean that spiritual “things” doesnt “exist”.
