Hurricane Homecoming

Well, my friend David returned to the Cayman Islands yesterday from Athens. We’ll have to keep him in our prayers as it looks like hurricane Ivan, recently named a category 5, storms in his direction.

  1. Alan Sullivan Says:

Thanks for the trackback. The Caymans lie to the left of Ivan’s projected track. As the storm passes, winds there will blow from the north, backing to southwest. Hurricane force gusts are possible, but the Caymans should not be affected by the eyewall, which will be heading for Cuba. You friend should do fine.
