Father, Son, Holy Toast
Another great submission from the DykstraNet Gift Idea Desk. Diana Duyser, of Hollywood, FL, has put her 10 year old cheese sandwich on Ebay. From the item description:
“I made this sandwich 10 years ago. When I took a bite out of it, I saw a face looking up at me - it was Virgin Mary starring (sic) back at me. I was in total shock,”
Unfortunately, this item may be priced out of range for most people… with a starting bid of $3,000. However, based on the good luck value of this sandwich, it may be a good investment. Ms. Duyser claims the toast and cheese helped her win $70,000 at a local casino.
As further proof of the authenticity, the 10 year old sandwich is totally free of mold and crumbling.
UPDATE: Sandwich sells for $28,000.
