To Retrieve Username, Enter Username
The more popular your cable provider, the slower your internet service. My Comcast connection has become like molasses. Who knew the help would be equally slow.
So, I thought I’d send Comcast a (polite) note voicing my discontent. Of course, like each of the billion sites on the internet, you have to log in. I couldn’t remember my username. Now it’s common for people to lose/ forget their username and there is usually a mechanism for retrieving it.
From the Comcast FAQ:
I have lost my user name and/or password. What should I do?
If you have lost your Comcast.net password, please click here to use the password reset tool. After successfully answering your Secret Question, you will be able to reset your password.
Apparently, the secret question is “What is your username.” Thanks. The answer is truly a secret I guess.
